1. Contract for staying in the hotel
The process of concluding a contract between the potential guest and the hotelier starts with the booking request (intention) to stay in the hotel.
In order to assure his booking, the potential guest has to pay at least 50% of the nights’ cost in advance.
If the guest does not hire the reserved room and does not cancel the reservation within three days before the arrival date, the guest shall owe compensation equivalent to the advance payment to the hotelier.
The contract for stay in the hotel is concluded for one night minimum, which covers a period of 24 hours – arrival at 12:00 at noon on the first day and departure at 12:00 at noon on the following day. If the guest stays longer than initially scheduled and does not extend his stay in the hotel, the guest will be charged with 50% of the night’s value and this shall be charged as rest time.
The hotel is obliged to provide services correspondent to the requirements referring to hotel categories and the prices notified in advance.
In case of established gross violations of in-house rules, violation of the operative regulations and laws in this country, abuse of the positive reputation and good name of the hotel, the owner shall be entitled to terminate the contract and the respective visitor’s stay in the hotel.
2. Rights and obligations of the guests
The guests may not bring in the hotel and use electric heating appliances and devices during their stay.
During their stay, the guests may not bring in the rooms and use food products (except for the apartments furnished with kitchenette) unless negotiated in advance.
The hotel guests shall keep quiet in night-time and during afternoon hours.
Bringing in and storage of flammable, explosive and bulky objects (luggage, motorcycles, bicycles, etc.) in the building is forbidden.
It is forbidden to bring in pets (dogs, cats and other) except by advance agreement with the hotel manager and under strict observance of hygienic rules and regulations. All damages occurred during pets’ stay in the room and hotel’s common areas shall be paid by the pet keeper.
Moving of furniture and belongings around the rooms and hotel premises is forbidden (except when agreed with the hotel manager).
Bringing out of the hotel of any kind of belongings (towels, bathrobes, items, tableware, etc.) is forbidden.
Hotel guests are financially liable for damaged or lost hotel belongings.
Upon their arrival, guests shall present document of identity and address.
It is prohibited to invite third parties to stay in the hotel (rooms, garden, public spaces and parking) without permission from hotel administration.
At departure guests shall close external windows and room (apartment) doors.
At departure guests shall personally return their keys to Reception.
3. How to make a reservation

Reservations can be made via bank transfer to the hotel bank account
Reservations can be made by credit card – applicable only to reservations made through portal booking.com.
4. Cancellation of reservations
Cancellation for individual visitors: if cancellation is made three days before the date of arrival, the visitor will not owe compensation. If this period has not been observed, the visitor shall owe compensation to the amount of the advance payment.
Cancellation for organized groups of visitors: if cancellation is made seven days before the date of arrival, the visitors will not owe compensation. If this period has not been observed, the visitors shall owe compensation to the amount of the advance payment.
5. Reservations, advance payment and cancellation in holiday seasons: Academia Day (Students’ Holiday), Christmas, New Year:
Reservations shall be considered confirmed upon 100% advance payment made at least one month before visitors’ arrival.
Cancellation: if cancellation is made one month before the date of arrival, the visitors shall not owe compensation. If this period has not been observed, the visitors shall owe compensation to the amount of the advance payment.
